LATEX ALLERGIES
 Some individuals are sensitive and/or allergic to latex and/or rubber intended for extended skin contact. Such sensitivity and/or allergic reaction can be severe. Vex Clothing recommends the customer test a small patch of skin against the latex and/or rubber material before the purchase of the garment. The customer agrees that Vex Clothing, Inc. shall not be responsible for any such sensitivity and/or allergic reaction the customer may experience as a result of wearing the Vex Clothing apparel or accessories.
