We send an estimate, then you prepare and ship your garment to us. Because every repair is different, we bill by the hour once the work is complete, plus return shipping.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003ePricing:\u003c\/strong\u003e $100\/hour for Vex items, $200\/hour for non-Vex items (1-hour minimum). A $25 handling fee applies per piece when sending 3 or more garments. Turnaround is approximately 4 weeks; rush service is available on request.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003ePlease note:\u003c\/strong\u003e Chlorinated latex cannot be repaired, as chlorination permanently changes the structure of the latex. Wash off all shine and lubrication and talc your item inside and out before shipping — unwashed items incur a $50 washing fee. Please ship trackable and insured.
