A one-of-a-kind Vex bespoke commission: a full racing-suit silhouette rendered entirely in latex. The piece takes the codes of a motorcycle race suit — the tall funnel neck, the full-length front zip, the paneled arms and legs — and rebuilds them in translucent smoke latex with a high, liquid shine.
Every graphic is hand-cut from contrasting latex and bonded to the surface panel by panel. It is a technical build that few can do in this material: the fit of a race suit, the shine of latex, the precision of appliqué that reads crisp from across a room.

Translucent latex is unforgiving — every seam and every bonded graphic is visible, so there is nowhere to hide. The suit is patterned to the body, cut, and assembled by hand, then finished with hand-cut latex lettering and emblems laid into the surface.
