Sculpt, define, and transform your silhouette. From structured corsets that create dramatic hourglass curves to sleek waist cinchers built for shaping and layering — each piece is handcrafted from premium latex for a flawless fit that empowers with confidence and edge.
Handmade in California. The piece that defines the shape.
A latex corset is the piece that changes a silhouette. We have been cutting and hand-finishing latex in California for 26 years, and a corset is one of the least forgiving garments to get wrong — the fit is the whole point. Here is how to choose between a corset and a waist cincher, measure for the right size, and care for it so it lasts.
Every corset is cut by hand from flat sheet latex and assembled in our California studio, with seams finished by hand so they sit flat against the body. Because each piece is made to order, you choose the color and the size instead of taking whatever is on a shelf — and that matters more for a corset than for almost anything else we make.
A latex corset is structured and tailored, built to define the waist and create a dramatic hourglass line; it is a statement on its own or over a dress or top. A latex waist cincher is a sleeker, more versatile shaping layer designed to wear over or under other pieces. If you want a piece that reads as a garment in its own right, choose a corset; if you want shaping that disappears into a look, choose a cincher.
Latex does not stretch and recover the way spandex does, so fit is everything. Measure your underbust, natural waist, and hips before ordering and compare them to the size chart on each product. If your measurements fall between sizes or span two (very common), order made-to-measure rather than forcing a stock size — a corset made to your measurements fits and moves far better than one you are adjusting to. Pieces marked Ready to Ship are in stock in standard sizing; most others are handcrafted after you purchase.
Wear a corset over a latex dress or with latex skirts and pants for a full look, or style it over a fitted top or with latex lingerie. Finish with latex gloves or stockings. New to latex? Our guide on how to wear latex covers dressing and first-wear tips.
Latex grips dry skin, so dress with a silicone-based dressing aid or a dusting of cornstarch and ease the corset on slowly — never yank a seam. Buff the outside with a latex shiner or a little silicone for high gloss. Store flat or loosely rolled, away from direct light, heat, and metal (copper and brass stain latex permanently). Treated this way, a Vex piece holds its shape and shine for 20+ years. See our latex care guide and care collection.
Snug and even through the torso, with firm compression but no sharp pinching or pulling. Because latex doesn't recover like stretch fabric, the right size feels secure from the first wear. If you are between sizes, made-to-measure is the better choice.

A corset is structured and tailored to define the waist and create an hourglass line, and it works as a statement piece. A waist cincher is a sleeker shaping layer that is easier to wear over or under other pieces.
Use a silicone dressing aid or cornstarch, ease the corset on slowly, and smooth it into place. Never pull hard on a single seam. Buff the outside with silicone once it is on.
Wipe it clean after wearing, let it dry, and shine it with a latex shiner or a little silicone. Store it flat or loosely rolled, away from light, heat, and metal.
Most corsets are handcrafted after your order is placed, with turnaround of up to 6 weeks. Pieces marked Ready to Ship are in stock and ship sooner. If you need it by a specific date, request rush production before you purchase.
