A red latex fishtail skirt — ruched tight through the hip, then released into a flared godet hem.
The whole skirt is a study in tension and release. Through the body it’s gathered into vertical ruching that pulls the high-shine red into dozens of soft folds, hugging the waist and hip. At the thigh it opens through a cut-out and drops into a fluted fishtail — sharp panels of latex that flare out for movement and drama.
The Details
Ruching latex is precise, patient work — each fold eased into place at the right tension so the gathers stay even and the seams hold. The fishtail panels are cut and bonded separately, then set to fan out cleanly. The back closes with a full-length zip.
Made to measure in our Los Angeles studio — cut, ruched, and bonded entirely by hand.
