VEX created this custom Halloween costume for Billie Eilish — her take on Noodle, the guitarist of the virtual band Gorillaz, whose canonical birthday is, fittingly, Halloween. The look is a white latex minidress with red trim and pocket detailing, matching white latex opera gloves, and black-and-white striped latex stockings. Handmade in our studio.
