All Vex Clothing items are hand crafted in our Californian studio. Shipping time is based on our production for every order which is normally 2-4 weeks. Expedited service may be available upon request and will depend on the availability of materials. Rush fees may apply.

COLORS: 

We try to keep stock of almost all the colors shown on our COLOR CHART Other colors are available by custom request.  

SIZING:

Please refer to the SIZE CHART to understand how we size our styles. If your measurements are not listed, we are able to offer MADE TO MEASURE service for an addition cost. Plus Size is avalibe upon request. 

CUSTOM DESIGN SERVICE:

LATEX CARE:

WEAR: Use talc powder to coat the inside of the garment. For tight fitting garments, use a light coat of dressing aid. To shine, use a latex shiner.

CLEAN: Let garment soak in a tub full of water with a SMALL drop of viviclean. Hang garment to dry. Once the garment is completely dry, inside and out, powder the inside with talc powder. Store garment on a plastic hanger in a dark plastic bag in a cool, shaded, dry place.

WARNING:

• DO NOT use oil based lubricants and avoid over shining appliqué details. Lubricants can seep into seams which can cause the seam to become unbound.

• AVOID sharp objects, such as long nails and jewelry. Take off all jewelry when putting on or taking off your garment. AVOID perfume, body sprays, and oils.

• AVOID metal objects, such as coins, belts, and body piercings or copper, brass, and bronze based items. AVOID hanging garments with thin straps or on metal hangers. 

• Any light color latex, such as pink and white, will stain easily. Store these pieces separately.

• *KEEP OUT OF SUNLIGHT & EXTREME HEAT* 

REPAIRS & ALTERATIONS:

Vex Clothing offers a repair and alteration service for all latex designs. Vex Clothing assures the highest quality in all of our garments, but we provide this service for mishaps and accidents, transformed body shapes, or problems with other latex designer and name brand items. RETURNS:

READY TO SHIP- Ready to Ship Items are Returnable Only for Store Credit within 15 Days and No Refunds. Shipping fees, insurance, rush fees, taxes or duties will not be refunded. Undergarments are Final Sale due to sanitary reasons. Please Contact Us for a return authorization form before shipping product.

HAND MADE ORDERS- Vex Clothing does not accept returns since every item is hand crafted per order, There are certain situations where a return or exchange will be granted. If A Return is Granted For Store Credit, Please be Aware that Rush Fees and Shipping Cost are Not Refundable. Items must be unworn and in its original new condition. Any item not in its original state or is damaged will not be accepted. Returns or exchanges must be made within 15 days from delivery. Restocking fees may apply. SALES TAX & CUSTOMS:

All orders shipped within the state of California will be charge 7.75% sales tax. International orders are subject to customs & duties fees. Vex Clothing is not responsible for any additional charges or delays caused by customs clearance process.

SHIPPING:

All orders with totals over $500 receive free ground shipping. Packages are shipped in a desecrate box from VEX. At the time of checkout you will select the type of shipping service you would like. USPS, Fedex and DHL are the standard services Vex uses. All orders are shipped with “No Signature Required” and may be left at a residence deemed safe by the delivery company.  ERRORS / DAMAGED GOODS: 

Vex Clothing must be notified of any errors or damaged items do to our production within 5 business days of the receipt of the shipment. No claim filed outside the 5 business day time period will warrant any type of claim. Email laura@vexclothing.com if you need to claim a error or damaged item.

PROMOTIONS:

On occasion Vex Clothing issues promotional codes, sale codes or gift certificates which provide a credit towards your online order. Vex reserves the right to cancel a promotion and/or reject redemption of any promotional code. Promotional codes do not cover costs on any shipping, duties or taxes. Vex Clothing will honor a price adjustment on online purchases within 7 day period prior to the start of a sale. All price adjustments will be issued in the form of a Vex Clothing credit.

LATEX ALLERGIES:

Some individuals are sensitive and/or allergic to latex and/or rubber intended for extended skin contact. Such sensitivity and/or allergic reaction can be severe. Vex Clothing recommends the customer test a small patch of skin against the latex and/or rubber material before the purchase of the garment. The customer agrees that Vex Clothing, Inc. shall not be responsible for any such sensitivity and/or allergic reaction the customer may experience as a result of wearing the Vex Clothing apparel or accessories.
