Ordering Information

    Read each item carefully. Each order you place with Vex Clothing will be subject to the following:

    ORDERING: 
    Every item is hand crafted in our studio per order. Shipping time is based on our production time for every order which is normally 3-4 weeks. Expedited service may be available upon request and will depend on the availability of materials which may be applicable to an additional waiting period.

    RUSH ORDERS:
    If you require your order to be shipped prior to the 2 to 3 week production time, a rush fee may be charged to your order, plus expedited shipping.

    CUSTOM MADE ORDERS:
    A custom item is any style ordered, not offered in the Vex Clothing catalog or online website. Custom items are subject to Custom Order Design Terms and Conditions. Processing time for custom orders and collection customization are based on availability of materials needed for completion. Contact Vex Clothing for details.

    ONLINE ORDERS: 
    We fully recognize our responsibility to protect your customer information and its confidential nature. We have done our best to ensure the privacy and security of your transactions with us. Your credit card number and other personal data will be treated with the highest standards of safety, security features, and confidentiality.
    When you place an order online at vexclothing.com, we request the information we need to complete your order. This information includes your full name, billing address, shipping address, telephone number, email address, and credit card number. The information you provide will be used to process your order and improve your shopping experience. Once you have placed an order with us, we will verify with your credit card company that your credit card is valid and send you an email message that confirms your order was successfully received. We will also send you an email once your order has been shipped, or if it has been placed on backorder. We will periodically send to your email address product news and updates that you may find of interest. We NEVER share or sell our customers email addresses or telephone numbers for marketing purposes.
    Protecting your order information is a priority. We utilize SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to ensure safe, secure transactions. With SSL, information sent via the Internet is encrypted, and can be trusted to arrive privately and unaltered. We believe this element provides the most effective way to ensure that your order information is protected while offering a very secure shopping environment. Please note that email is not encrypted and is not considered a secure means of transmitting credit card numbers. We do not transfer credit card numbers via email, and ask that in any email correspondence with us you refrain from doing so as well.     PAYMENT METHODS: 
    Vex Clothing accepts the following forms of payment:

    • All Major Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover

    GIFT CERTIFICATES: 
    Gift certificates are available for order through the online website, phone, or email notification. Each certificate is valid for 1 full year from the purchase date. All gift certificates are final sale and are not valid with ANY discount codes or sales discounts. Lost or stolen gift certificates will not be reissued. Gift certificates are redeemable in our online shop, by phone, email, or mail order. The gift certificate number, to and from information, and the date issued MUST be included with the order.

    SALES TAX & CUSTOMS
    All orders shipped within the state of Illinois will be charge 9.25% sales tax. All orders shipped outside the state of Illinois will not be charged sales tax. International orders are subject to customs fees. Vex Clothing, Inc. is not responsible for any additional charges.

    SHIPPING: 
    Shipping in the U.S. and Canada is USPS Priority Mail or UPS. International orders will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail International. We also use and charge for insurance from the shipping provider. Shipping estimates are obtained electronically with the shipping providers at the time of order placement.

    GUARANTEE: 
    Vex Clothing, Inc. warrants the customer the apparel to be created and delivered will be free from defects in material and workmanship. The warranty is valid for a period of seven (7) days from the date of shipment or pick-up by the customer from Vex Clothing, Inc. Vex Clothing has the final say on warranties, guarantees, or claims. If the apparel sold to the customer fails, excepting wear and tear and/or abuse of the apparel during the warranty period Vex Clothing, Inc. shall correct any defect in the materials upon an examination of the apparel for wear and tear and/or abuse. The compliance of Vex Clothing, Inc. shall only ensue upon the prompt notification from the customer to Vex Clothing within the allotted warranty period. The customer shall be responsible for all shipping costs of the apparel to and from Vex Clothing, Inc. Under this warranty, the liability of Vex Clothing, whether the claim is based on contract, negligence or any other legal theory shall not in any case exceed the cost of correcting defects in the apparel. Upon the expiration of the warranty period all such liability of Vex Clothing, Inc. shall terminate. The preceding details shall constitute the exclusive remedy of the customer and the exclusive liability of Vex Clothing, Inc. This as well in no way holds Vex Clothing liable towards any type of allergies or reaction to the latex, consider our F.Y.I. latex and rubber allergies information available online at the Vex Clothing, Inc. website. Please refer to the care instructions guide for proper handling and care. Under no circumstances shall Vex Clothing, Inc. be responsible for changing the size of the apparel due to a change in the physical size and/or shape of the customer. The foregoing warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, whether written, oral, implied, or statutory. No warranty of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose shall apply.

    SHIPPING ERRORS:
    Vex Clothing must be notified of any shipping errors immediately. Notification to Vex Clothing must occur within 5 business days of the receipt of the shipment. No claim filed outside the 5 business day time period will warrant any type of claim towards further discussion.

    DAMAGED GOODS:
    All claims for damaged product(s) must be made directly to the carrier. A return authorization number must be obtained by Vex Clothing before any damaged or defective goods are returned. Return authorizations are valid for 2weeks after the date of issue. All damaged or defective merchandise will be replaced with like products in good condition as soon as possible after the goods are received and inspected. All merchandise returned or exchanged without an authorization code number will be declined.

    RETURNED ORDER POLICY:
    Vex Clothing, Inc. does not accept returns and/or exchanges. However, Vex Clothing reserves the right to authorize an exchange or return in severe cases, a restocking fee may apply. Returned orders must be unworn, unused and in the original, new condition state. If any item(s) is returned that has been worn, washed, abused or damaged in any way, shape, or form will be immediately sent back at the customers’ expense. All returns and exchanges must have prior authorization by Vex Clothing, Inc. to facilitate a Return Authorization Code Number. Prior authorization for returns and exchanges can be obtained by contacting Vex Clothing, Inc. at 773-282-0723. All returns and cancellations have a time frame of 5 business days to be returned and received by Vex Clothing, Inc. Any claim authorized outside of the 5 business day time period will only permit a store credit. NO TYPE OF REFUND, EXCHANGE, OR CREDIT WILL BE ALLOWED AFTER A 15 BUSINESS DAY PERIOD. Vex Clothing, Inc. will not issue any refunds on any Federal/State taxes, shipping, handling, insurance, and/or expedited order fee charges. A restocking fee of 25% per item will be applied to all cancelled or refused orders. Vex Clothing, Inc. must be provided with the original receipt in order to issue a refund. Refunds will be credited to the same credit card used for the original purchase. An in store credit will be issued if the original receipt is not present during the refund process. Refunds or credits will typically be issued within 5 days of receiving the item(s). The original receipt or copy of the original invoice, the Return Authorization Code Number, and the reason for the return or exchange must be included in the return or exchange item package.

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
    Vex Clothing is not responsible for international Customs and Duty Taxes.

    ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:
    Some individuals are sensitive and/or allergic to latex and/or rubber intended for extended skin contact. Such sensitivity and/or allergic reaction can be severe. Vex Clothing recommends the customer test a small patch of skin against the latex and/or rubber material before the purchase of the garment. The customer agrees that Vex Clothing, Inc. shall not be responsible for any such sensitivity and/or allergic reaction the customer may experience as a result of wearing the Vex Clothing apparel. Furthermore, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Vex Clothing, Inc., its officers, employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all such claims whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
