Reserve your private time with Vex
This fee holds your private appointment slot in our California studio. Choose between a shopping appointment to try on our ready-to-ship pieces, or a made-to-measure fitting where we take your measurements and guide you through sizing.
Option 01 • $100
1 Hour • Private Studio
Come in and try on our ready-to-ship pieces in person. Your hour, your fitting room, our full attention.
Fee credited to your order at checkout.
Option 02 • $300
Private Fitting Session
We take your measurements and help you select sizes or design a fully made-to-measure piece in our private studio.
Fee credited to your order at checkout.
After Hours • +$150
Evenings & Weekends • By Request
A dedicated session scheduled outside our standard atelier hours. Add to either a Shopping or Made to Measure appointment.

Good News
Your shopping or made-to-measure fee is deducted from your order placed at the time of your appointment.
Missed Appointments
If your appointment is missed, this fee is non-refundable. Please plan accordingly.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please notify Vex at least 24 hours before your appointment time so we can move you to another slot.
No Purchase Made
If no purchase is made on the day of your appointment, the fee is non-refundable and serves as compensation for our dedicated time with you.
After-Hours Reservations
Appointments scheduled outside our standard Monday–Friday 10am–5pm hours — including evenings and weekends — are available upon request for a $150 service fee. This fee reflects time beyond standard atelier hours, is separate from your appointment fee, and is not credited toward your order. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
